All orders cannot be cancelled once purchased. Kindly ensure you have checked and
validated all details and information before you proceed with payment.· In the event, if the products delivered are found to be damaged, please do not remove the product from its original packaging and proceed to contact The Beauty Valet Team at +013-355 3939/
beautyvalet@bodyperfect.com.my within the same day.
You will be required to provide visual evidence (e.g. photo, video) in order to facilitate the exchange process. We will replace the damaged goods 7 days from date of return. The damaged goods must be returned when the replaced goods are delivered. We do not offer any refunds in case of change of mind or incorrect purchase.
Return Exchange & Refund Policy
Please read and understand our store’s returns, exchange and refund policy before any purchase. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges – there are no exceptions to this.
Return Policy
Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 7 days from date of purchase. Returns are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for a return:·
- Proof of purchase (Sales invoice or receipt)
- Product must be in complete condition (free gifts, accessories,
original packaging).
Refund Policy
A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 working days.
Note: If you do not receive your refund after 21 working days, first, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at beauty.
