  I have bad face condition recently because I already stopped visiting beauty salon for quite some months but after I received complimentary voucher from Maybank so I gave it a try. Surprisingly, I was amazed with the total new outlet at Southpoint, Mid Valley with very grand environment and facilities. I really enjoyed being pampered like VIP. Highly recommended!

The environment is cozy and the customer service is superb. The treatments helped me relief my muscle stiffness and were super relaxing. Highly recommend this outlet and their treatments.

  The service is remarkable in The Sphinx, Sunway Pyramid. I recently redeemed the free Facial Treatment for my birthday and had a really satisfying session. Sheer, the beauty consultant is such a friendly person to talk to with no hard-sell attitude. In fact, she was open to educate about the services and was transparent with the packages. This is something that most beauty brands should learn from as client gets very threatened when we walk in and feel so trapped to purchase something at the end. Additionally, Una my beauty therapist was so attentive & polite from top to toe. Truly my first time having blackhead/ whitehead extraction without tears rolling down my cheek. Well done, good skill Una. Lastly, you can really feel their sincere service of going the extra mile for their client without expecting anything . eg tip or sales closed.
